People of New York
After working on the First Chapter series in 2010, I shifted my focus toward the built environment and expanded my professional portfolio in that space. But in 2018, I decided to revisit street photography, and that’s how People of New York began. Street photography is a challenging genre in many ways, but I feel the most freedom when I do it. This series showcases the evolution of how I have photographed people in New York over the past 2 years.
